Payment Terms

All fees for our services are outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. All charges are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits and Final Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in your project agreement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery or website launch. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided at the start of each project and depend on the scope of work and your timely feedback. Most standard websites are delivered within 24 hours to a few days. Delays caused by incomplete content, late feedback, or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and project needs
• Supply required content, images, logos, and branding materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide for use on your website

Revision Policy

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Major design changes requested after approval may be treated as new work.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets, plugins, or software used remain subject to their respective licenses.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts delivered, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments. Refunds for completed work are not provided except where required by law. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor Leads Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
